Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable written product description, specifications, included components, product information and disclosures made available before completing a purchase.
By completing an order, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review this information and understand that promotional or illustrative visual content should not necessarily be interpreted as an exact representation of the physical product received.
Product measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
The physical product may contain variations in appearance, proportions, colors, materials, finish, packaging, presentation or other visual details.
Such differences are not considered defects solely because the physical product does not exactly reproduce illustrative or promotional visual content, provided that the product supplied corresponds to the product identified and described for sale and materially conforms to the applicable purchase contract.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights relating to goods that are defective, incorrect, materially not as described or otherwise non-conforming under applicable consumer law.
SECTION 4 – WEBSITE IMAGES, VIDEOS & ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Some photographs, product images, lifestyle scenes, backgrounds, videos, advertisements, demonstrations, illustrations and other visual or promotional materials appearing on WizardFloat, our social media accounts, advertisements or other marketing channels may be digitally created, edited, enhanced, rendered, recreated or generated using artificial intelligence.
These materials may be used for illustrative, conceptual, presentation and promotional purposes.
Customers acknowledge that such AI-generated, digitally created or enhanced visual materials should not be interpreted as an exact depiction or exact representation of the physical product received.
The actual physical product may differ from visual representations in appearance, proportions, colors, lighting, texture, materials, finish, presentation, packaging and other visual or non-essential details.
Customers should review the applicable written product description, specifications, included components and other product information made available before purchasing.
By completing a purchase after having access to these disclosures, you acknowledge that promotional and AI-generated visual representations may differ from the physical product received.
Differences resulting solely from AI-generated, digitally enhanced, conceptual or illustrative presentation do not constitute a defect or non-conformity where the physical product supplied corresponds to the product identified and described for sale and materially conforms to the purchase contract.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts mandatory rights where the physical product is defective, incorrect, materially not as described or otherwise non-conforming under applicable consumer law.
SECTION 5 – PRICES
Prices displayed on our website may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, promotions, bundles or offers at any time.
The price charged will generally be the price displayed and accepted at checkout, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors where permitted by law.
Discount percentages may be calculated relative to a previous, regular, reference or comparison price where legally permitted.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges or optional services will be displayed where required before completing checkout.
SECTION 6 – PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
We may limit sales of products to particular persons, geographic regions or jurisdictions where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products.
Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed.
SECTION 7 – ORDERS
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation.
Receipt of an automated confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment problems, stock errors, obvious pricing errors or other legitimate circumstances.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
SECTION 8 – ACCURATE BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, billing, shipping and account information.
You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your purchase.
Please contact us as quickly as possible if you discover an error after placing your order.
We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
SECTION 9 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing and delivery estimates displayed on our website are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, increased shipping volume or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address.
SECTION 10 – LOST, STOLEN & DELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, reception areas and other locations where the carrier may have safely left the package.
You should also contact the shipping carrier where appropriate.
WizardFloat will make reasonable efforts to assist with available tracking information and legitimate carrier investigations.
However, a package marked as successfully delivered by the carrier does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement. Claims may require investigation, particularly where theft or loss is alleged to have occurred after confirmed delivery.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts rights or remedies that customers have under mandatory applicable consumer law.
SECTION 11 – SHIPPING PROTECTION
Customers may purchase optional Shipping Protection at checkout.
Shipping Protection provides additional coverage for eligible incidents occurring during shipment and delivery, including eligible packages that are lost, damaged in transit, or subject to a verified covered delivery incident.
Customers must contact WizardFloat and provide their order information and any evidence reasonably required to investigate the shipment.
If a Shipping Protection claim is verified and approved, WizardFloat may provide a replacement of the affected product or another appropriate remedy, depending on the circumstances of the claim.
Shipping Protection does not provide coverage for damage, loss, theft, misuse or other incidents occurring after the product has been successfully received by the customer, except where expressly included in the applicable protection terms.
Shipping Protection is an additional service and does not replace, waive or restrict any mandatory consumer rights.
SECTION 12 – 90-DAY RETURN POLICY
Eligible purchases are covered by our 90-Day Return Policy, subject to the conditions, eligibility requirements and exclusions contained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers have 90 days after receiving an eligible product to request a return.
For voluntary, change-of-mind or other non-defective returns, products must generally be returned unused, undamaged and complete, with their original components, accessories, cables, protective materials and packaging.
Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, our voluntary return policy does not guarantee a refund solely because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants or needs the product, no longer has a use for it, or expected something different despite the product information and disclosures made available before purchase.
Customers must contact us before returning a product and follow the return instructions provided.
For voluntary or non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping where permitted by applicable law and where the customer has been appropriately informed of that responsibility.
For defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods, return costs and remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in our voluntary 90-Day Return Policy restricts mandatory withdrawal, conformity, refund, warranty or other consumer rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
SECTION 13 – LIFETIME WARRANTY
The Lifetime Warranty is an optional add-on and applies only when Lifetime Warranty coverage was purchased with the applicable product.
The Lifetime Warranty provides additional protection against eligible manufacturing defects in the covered product.
The Lifetime Warranty is not an unlimited replacement plan and does not guarantee a replacement or refund whenever a product becomes damaged, stops working, deteriorates or experiences problems after purchase.
Coverage does not include damage or failure resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Drops or impacts
- Misuse or neglect
- Improper installation, handling or storage
- Water, moisture or environmental damage
- Loss or theft
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Cosmetic deterioration
- Intentional damage
- Damage caused by external equipment, power sources or accessories
- Damage occurring after delivery that is not attributable to an eligible manufacturing defect
Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase, confirmation that Lifetime Warranty coverage was purchased, photographs or videos of the product and other information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.
If a claim is determined to involve an eligible manufacturing defect covered by the Lifetime Warranty, WizardFloat may provide troubleshooting assistance, a replacement component, replacement product or another appropriate remedy, depending on the circumstances and where permitted by applicable law.
The Lifetime Warranty does not replace, restrict or reduce any statutory warranty, legal guarantee or other mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 14 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & RETURN SHIPPING
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise, voluntary refunds are not provided solely because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, no longer has a use for it, or expected something different despite the product descriptions and disclosures made available before purchase.
Any voluntary return accepted by WizardFloat must comply with the return eligibility and product-condition requirements specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
Where permitted by applicable law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning voluntary, change-of-mind and other non-defective returns to the return address provided by WizardFloat.
Customers should not return products to the sender address displayed on the original parcel unless specifically instructed to do so.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times after a refund has been issued may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Optional services that have already been provided, including Shipping Protection where legally permitted, may be non-refundable.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, materially misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
SECTION 15 – OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to third-party tools, payment processors, shipping services or other services that we do not directly operate.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
SECTION 16 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy or practices of third-party websites.
You should review the policies and terms of third parties before engaging in transactions with them.

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to WizardFloat and the transaction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights that apply to the customer.

SECTION 29 – EUROPEAN UNION CONSUMERS
Consumers located in the European Union may have mandatory rights relating to distance purchases, conformity, statutory guarantees, cancellation, withdrawal and refunds.
These statutory rights operate independently of voluntary benefits offered by WizardFloat, including our 90-Day Return Policy, Shipping Protection or optional Lifetime Warranty.
Where applicable, consumers may have a statutory withdrawal period for eligible distance purchases.
Where the consumer has been properly informed before purchase, the consumer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising a change-of-mind withdrawal right, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
