We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Processing and delivery estimates displayed on our website are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, increased shipping volume or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address.

SECTION 10 – LOST, STOLEN & DELIVERED PACKAGES

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, reception areas and other locations where the carrier may have safely left the package.

You should also contact the shipping carrier where appropriate.

WizardFloat will make reasonable efforts to assist with available tracking information and legitimate carrier investigations.

However, a package marked as successfully delivered by the carrier does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement. Claims may require investigation, particularly where theft or loss is alleged to have occurred after confirmed delivery.

Nothing in this section excludes or restricts rights or remedies that customers have under mandatory applicable consumer law.

SECTION 11 – SHIPPING PROTECTION

Customers may be offered optional Shipping Protection during checkout.

Where purchased, Shipping Protection may provide additional coverage for eligible shipping-related incidents in accordance with the terms applicable to that protection.

Customers may be required to provide information or evidence reasonably necessary to investigate a claim.

Shipping Protection does not replace, waive or restrict statutory consumer rights.

SECTION 12 – 90-DAY RETURN POLICY

Eligible purchases are covered by our 90-Day Return Policy.

Customers have 90 days after receiving an eligible product to request a return, subject to the conditions and exclusions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products generally must be unused, undamaged and returned with their original components, accessories and packaging.

Nothing in our voluntary return policy restricts mandatory withdrawal, refund or consumer rights applicable in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 13 – LIFETIME WARRANTY

A Lifetime Warranty may be offered as an optional add-on for certain purchases.

The Lifetime Warranty applies only when the applicable warranty coverage was purchased with the covered product.

The warranty is intended to provide additional protection for eligible product defects or failures occurring during normal and intended use.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly included in the applicable warranty terms, coverage does not include:

  • Intentional damage

  • Misuse or neglect

  • Accidental damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Improper handling

  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear

Proof of purchase and verification of Lifetime Warranty coverage may be required when submitting a claim.

Approved claims may be resolved through repair where available, replacement components, product replacement or another appropriate remedy.

The Lifetime Warranty is additional to, and does not replace or limit, statutory warranty rights provided by applicable consumer law.

SECTION 14 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times after a refund has been issued may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Optional services that have already been provided may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
